I've been up to my ears in apples - Lindsey and I brought so many back from the mountains! Most of them are for drying, but I've also really been wanting to make applesauce again like we did with Gampa when we were little. And of course apple pies are a must ;)
Ooo, looks like fun and tasty times! =) If you need another apple recipe I have a fabulous muffin recipe that calls for an apple, and it's topped with a cinnamon and brown sugar mix. It's really good. ::nods:: =)

Oh yummy, yummy!! I shouldn't be looking at this kind of stuff while I'm supposed to be on a diet...
