So I've been trying to eat more healthy/natural foods, but I'm ALWAYS hungry lately. Does anyone have any good ideas for healthy snacks? My recent favorite has been oranges and sunflower seeds, but I could really use some new ideas!

i've been trying to come up with good healthy snacks all afternoon but haven't come up with any good ones...chocolate covered strawberries don't count, do they? they should - handpicked strawberries are natural and they say a little bit of chocolate is good for you. ;)

aww i wish i had something good! i'm having the same problem, being hungry, only granola bars and peanut butter crackers have worked for me :(

Nuts always help me (peanuts, cashews) especially if you eat them by the handful like I do. :P Carrot sticks can be more filling that fruit too. Hope you find something that works! Good for you for having the discipline to go more healthy - I wish I had more of that. :)

chips, candy bars, coke, gummy bears, pop corn, red bull... oh wait you said HEALTHY ideas. oh well i guess that list wont do you much good. :)
