Katie's recipe for making a sick person feel better (even if that's yourself)

*canceling teaching for the evening
*a warm bath
*long naps (even if they are feverish ones)
*comfort food for supper (chicken and broccoli casserole)
*tasty juice to get said sick person to drink more
*a comforting friend dropping by
*and a good movie to watch
